Sometimes, between registration and the start of play, scheduling conflicts come up, a child changes his mind, or situations change. Maybe you moved. Refunds are only issued to players who are dropping out and have never used the uniform, and have returned it to the coach. To drop your child and obtain a refund, please submit this form to the registrar at [email protected].
To request player reinstatement, the parent must contact the division Coordinator which is found on our Contact page. We do not guarantee team placement. If you ask for reinstatement, your child may be re-assigned to another team. Coaches are not authorized to allow a withdrawn player to rejoin their teams. The refund will be processed as soon as possible.
We will refund your registration fee based on the following schedule:

Refund Requests Received FOUR WEEKS BEFORE THE FIRST GAME: Prior to four weeks before the first game, submit the Withdrawal & Refund Request Form and we will refund 100% of your registration fee. To obtain a refund, please submit this form to the registrar at [email protected].

Refund Requests Received BETWEEN FOUR WEEKS BEFORE THE FIRST GAME AND THE FIRST GAME: Between four weeks before the first game and the first game, submit the Withdrawal & Refund Request form and we will refund 50% of your registration fee.
